How long does shipping take?
As a rule, it takes 2-3 days after receipt of payment, i.e. when the payment is considered "paid", for your package to reach you.
Do you offer returns?
Swiss law applies to us, which means that there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. Due to our hygiene regulations, we do not accept opened products that are returned without reason.
Did your perfume arrive broken?
If there is a problem, such as a leaked fragrance or a broken sprayer, we will accept unopened(!) products. In this case we will take care of the shipping. Send the fragrance to the following return address:

Would you like to return something because you placed the wrong order?
In this case, we will not be responsible for shipping. As soon as we have received the fragrances, they will be checked. If we find that the fragrance has already been opened, we will not issue a refund. If you then want the fragrance back, we will not cover the shipping.
In general, refunds will only be made once we have received and checked the package containing the return. There is no return label. Simply post a package to the following address:

Do you have fragrance samples?
We do not offer individual samples. It's best to get one of our test kits. This allows you to test 5 different fragrances of 2ml each. You can find the different test kits here: https://www.kazaarfragrances.com/collections/sample

If you would like to know whether we have a particular fragrance in our assortment, simply go to the search field on our website and enter your desired fragrance. Make sure you spell it correctly. If you find it, we have it in our assortment, if not, we don't have it (yet).
What are the ingredients of your oil?
It contains natural, pure and high-quality essences that have been tested by us. In addition, we only use genuine, high-quality oud.
Is Kazaar cruelty-free?
We at Kazaar are strictly against animal cruelty. Our fragrances are 100% vegan products. Protecting animals is just as important to us as protecting the environment.
